Education:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA (CC) completion is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger, and various financial registers.
∎ Prepare and verify vouchers and record (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments & journal) entries by accounting standards.
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry in the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, subcontract bill, daily expenses, etc.
∎ Maintain patty cash & bank-related transactions (Cash withdrawal, Cheque deposit, RTGS, BEFTN and other).
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Check and verify all bills related to the Head Office, Factory, and Suppliers, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
∎ Oversee and control the repair and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
∎ Preparation of the financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, Cashflow Statement).
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements, including bank receipts, disbursement, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statements, petty cash vouchers, and stock register.
∎ Maintain Receivable & Payable properly with vendors/clients.
∎ Prepare Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports with periodical analytical reports & submit to Management.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
