Position Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue within assigned local territories by managing trade and retail partnerships. The role focuses on high-frequency market visits, increasing product visibility, and ensuring the seamless flow of orders from the warehouse to the retailer.

Key Responsibilities
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through proactive order collection.
Identify and onboard new retailers and corporate clients to expand the company’s market footprint.
Execute regular field visits according to a structured route plan to ensure 100% coverage of assigned territories.
Monitor and report on competitor pricing, promotional offers, and market activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Retailer Relationship & Support
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retailers and local distributors.
Provide accurate product information and condition reports to clients to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide dedicated after-sales support to ensure high retention rates.
Merchandising & Operations
Support the marketing team by executing field campaigns and ensuring optimal display setup at retail points.
Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of orders and resolve any distribution bottlenecks.
Ensure retailers are well-stocked and that products are displayed prominently as per company branding standards.
Reporting & Financial Compliance
Maintain detailed records of client visits, follow-up actions, and sales performance using CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time to keep management informed of field conditions.
Preference will be given to those with experience in the automobile sector.
