Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional, welcoming approach.
Showcase jewelry collections, explain product details (diamonds, gemstones, gold, kundan, etc.), and guide clients in their selection.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized after-sales service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
Ensure the showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangements are always up to brand standards.
Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth order processing.
Client follow-ups and VIP customer handling.
