Job Summary:

Navieasoft PLC is seeking highly motivated, performance-driven professionals to strengthen its Sales & Marketing team and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and proven expertise in digital and corporate marketing. This role requires a proactive individual capable of building long-term client relationships, driving revenue, and expanding the company’s market presence through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customers and establish an effective sales network

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities

  • Generate new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Collect purchase orders and achieve assigned sales targets within timelines

  • Develop sales strategies, marketing plans, and profit targets

  • Promote company services and maintain positive customer relationships

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and quality assurance

  • Monitor sales performance, market share, and competitor activities

  • Handle full order processing from order receipt to delivery and payment collection

  • Follow up on production, delivery status, documentation, and shipment

  • Communicate with prospective clients and manage customer correspondence

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Follow up on L/C, UD, and acceptance collection from customers

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
