Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA/Bachelor Degree passed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the organizations Social Media activities professionally and independently.
∎ Managing the company's email marketing campaigns.
∎ Manage and maintain website, GMB, Facebook and Trip Adviser accounts regular basis without any delay.
∎ Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.
∎ Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
∎ Oversee a social media strategy.
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Trip Adviser.
∎ Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
∎ Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website.
∎ Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
∎ Any other jobs as per requirement by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proper IT skills.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 3 to 5 years practical work experience in relevant position.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla languages.
∎ Must have required IT skills.
∎ Experienced with reputed digital marketing agency is preferable.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Must have strong computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere, hard worker and non-smoker.
