Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for selling Plot, Apartment, Land, Land Share, Building and commercial spaces.
Understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of property sales.
Establish and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Flat and Land Share knowledge, Prospect generation, Negotiation, Booking Collection, Letter allotment.
To create prospect, Follow- to them, Flat and Land knowledge, to achieve target, reporting to departmental head.
Direct sales, Corporate Sales, NRB sales and Team planning.
Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
Innovative thinking to adapt strategies in a competitive landscape.
