• Responsible for selling Plot, Apartment, Land, Land Share, Building and commercial spaces.

• Understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of property sales.

• Establish and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and channel partners.

• Flat and Land Share knowledge, Prospect generation, Negotiation, Booking Collection, Letter allotment.

• To create prospect, Follow- to them, Flat and Land knowledge, to achieve target, reporting to departmental head.

• Direct sales, Corporate Sales, NRB sales and Team planning.

• Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.

• Innovative thinking to adapt strategies in a competitive landscape.
