Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for selling Apartments, Plot, Land, Land Share and commercial spaces.
∎ Flat and Land Share knowledge, Prospect generation, Negotiation, Booking Collection, Letter allotment. Understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of property sales.
∎ To create prospect, Follow- to them, Flat and Land knowledge, to achieve target.
∎ Confident in presenting sales pitches and business proposals to individuals and groups.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Manage and optimize sales processes, pipelines, lead conversions, and CRM usage. Establish and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and channel partners.
∎ Prepare detailed sales reports for top management including revenue forecasts, sales funnel analysis, and client feedback.
