Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/ MBA in Finance from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance/ Accounts, Cash Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare letter for fund transfer and prepare voucher for necessary approval
∎ Prepare letter for party payment through pay order of different
∎ Prepare letter for issuance of BB cheque for payment of VAT of different companies
∎ Assist in documentation for renewal of credit facility with review of supervisor
∎ Assist in documentation for credit rating report and review by supervisor
∎ Prepare voucher for different payments of different companies for payment and approval
∎ Prepare documentation for issuance of bank guarantee
∎ Prepare bank guarantee extension & cancellation letter
∎ Arrange to issue solvency certificate of different companies
∎ Collect different bank statements & FDR statements and provide to accounts department timely
∎ Communicate with banks/ financial institutions for execution of work
∎ Arrange to issue letter of commitments for different banks
∎ Other work assigned by line manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Prepare Stock Report for Different Banks
∎ Prepare Documentation for opening different company's Bank Accounts.
∎ Filing documents
∎ Good knowledge and substantial working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work hard and in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must.
