∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Executive/Sr. Executive, Corporate Sales who has experience at least 2 years of proven experience in Corporate sector for meaningful contribution in our company to reach the organization`s goal.
∎ This position requires extensive field visits including door-to-door promotion of our product in Dhaka & Chittagong city.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify consumer needs and provide detailed information on how to meet the need.
∎ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Come up with presentations to demonstrate product features and sales pitches.
∎ Negotiate with prospects to reach a reasonable selling price and draw up service agreements.
∎ Visit office potential and existing customers/Vendors/ Travels Agent
∎ Cold call, setting up meetings and follow-up leads, Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
∎ Preparing product presentation and giving demonstration
∎ .
∎ Responsible for achieving individual sales target
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
∎ Target and KPI Management
∎ Prepare proposal for Corporate Clients.
∎ Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective Vendors & Travel Agent.
∎ Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ Create market and achieve monthly and yearly sales target must.
∎ Make daily route-wise outlet visits for sales & Supervision to retain existing business, increase revenue & create the new business channel.
∎ Maintain Relationships with Company/ partners by providing necessary Package information benefits, trade program and after-sales service.
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
∎ Achieve short- and long-term sales goals of the company.
∎ Achieve product-wise target & maintain all kinds of daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
∎ Reaching & identifying sales opportunity by generating leads out to new customers and prepare presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of company's product/services.
∎ Promoting the company's products/services addressing or understanding clients' requirement.
∎ Arranging the distribution of marketing materials like: Brochure, Banners, and Posters etc.
∎ Maintaining a strong relationship with respective and potential clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have "Can Do" attitude
∎ Must need to have corporate sales experience
∎ Make a list of Target Clients/Companies.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.
∎ Must be minimum 2-5 years practical experience of the Corporate Sales Sector.
∎ The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner & attractive personality, hardworking & self-motivated.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, client's satisfaction etc.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Applicant should have Pleasant personality, Honest, Presentable, Smart, & hardworking ability

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
