Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting national & territorial & Head wise sales target & activate proper planning to achieve.
∎ Set-up dealer target in each territory & achieve from each individual outlet to meet targeted sales of each individual sales executive.
∎ Develop sales promotional plan considering market requirement.
∎ To achieve target on sales & Collection and recover outstanding.
∎ Ensure with achievement the target and recovery.
∎ Ensure product coverage plan to increase product visibility & product coverage in existing dealer outlets.
∎ Increase dealer outlets to cover the uncovered areas.
∎ Ensure outlet coverage with maximum number of product SKU.
∎ Provide monthly sales forecasting for product availability & production planning & execute.
∎ Plan for yearly sales planning for required production expansion for future growth & execute.
∎ Plan for sales call development for better output.
∎ Plan for new product & SKU for incremental sales & find new sales targeted growth.
