Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in or Bachelor in Footwear Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish representative product line in assigned categories to enable the sales channels to achieve sales target in terms of turnover and pairs.
∎ Find source for best production units or suppliers; negotiate best prices and conditions in order to achieve company goals of net margin as agreed upon in the annual operational plan.
∎ Plan monthly/seasonal promotional activities with marketing and advertising.
∎ Achieve estimated pair and turnover in own category.
∎ Monitor distribution of article in own category.
∎ Monitor stock planning according to sales trend.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure individually and with team
∎ Should have creative & innovative mindset
∎ Very good in analytical and negotiation skill
∎ Excellent and advanced knowledge on related software. Office & Adobe Suite

Salary: Negotiable
