Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather information on current market trends and customer demand and develop strategies for new or updated products that could improve category's overall performance.
∎ Check inventory levels and getting rid of excess or unwanted stock. Also handling product placement, optimizing storage, and creating regular reports on product availability.
∎ Track product and category performance.
∎ Coordinate with marketing, Supply Chain and Warehouse and provide leadership to execute category's strategies throughout the organization.
∎ Branding/ Marketing
∎ Ensure Twelve marketing and communications in accordance with the organizations goal and formulate strategies with business objectives.
∎ Ensure diversified marketing, advertising and media campaigns with the full range of traditional tools available.
∎ Manage production and broadcasting process of all marketing and communications materials across all departments in line with the established style and branding guidelines.
∎ Organize seasonal campaigns and different sales promotional campaigns and launch them according to marketing calendar to achieve financial target.
∎ Prepare, manage and deliver the marketing and communications budget under guidance of line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in retail category management procedures and best practices
∎ Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
∎ Expertise in MS office package and other required software's
∎ Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skill
∎ Strong ability to negotiate and attention to detail
∎ Project management knowledge
