We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sr. Executive / Executive (Cables – Trade Sales) to support our trade sales operations in the cable sector. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer/distributor relationships, and driving market growth in assigned territory. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, hands-on market experience, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Regularly visit markets to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
Support in expanding dealer/distributor networks to grow market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and report market insights to supervisors.
Execute sales promotions, trade campaigns, and branding activities as per plan.
Ensure timely order collection, delivery follow-up, and payment realisation.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Assist Area Sales Manager/Regional Manager in achieving sales objectives.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
