Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sr. Executive / Executive (Cables – Trade Sales) to support our trade sales operations in the cable sector. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer/distributor relationships, and driving market growth in assigned territory. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, hands-on market experience, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Regularly visit markets to promote products and strengthen brand presence.

  • Support in expanding dealer/distributor networks to grow market coverage.

  • Monitor competitor activities and report market insights to supervisors.

  • Execute sales promotions, trade campaigns, and branding activities as per plan.

  • Ensure timely order collection, delivery follow-up, and payment realisation.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

  • Assist Area Sales Manager/Regional Manager in achieving sales objectives.

  • Any other task as assigned by the management.
