Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess business feasibility.
∎ Develop Franchise Business Opportunity and JV (Joint Venture) format of business expansion.
∎ Ensure to create potential for alternate routes of business-like whole sale and others.
∎ Coordinate with finance department on business development.
∎ Ensure coordination with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing and other department for new project findings, Recruitment, layout, design, interior and other outlet materials and accessories, timely branding of new projects, regulating and utilities issues of the outlet.
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and products - or new ways of reaching existing markets
∎ Assess risks and potentials for the business opportunities
∎ Ensure strategic planning and budgeting in order to implement operational changes
∎ Any other tasks given by the authority

∎ Goal-oriented, organized team player
∎ High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
∎ Strong negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills
∎ Experience working to and exceeding targets.
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and other required software's
