Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Accounts Receivables, billing process, Payment process, Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Transport Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities as below but not limited to:
∎ Validate the authenticity of bills & supporting documents as per preset criteria.
∎ Verify vendor payment instruction & facilitate payments.
∎ Correspondence with all vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits and other finance related inquiries.
∎ Preparation of invoices and submission to customers.
∎ Keeping track of receivables, reminding customers regarding overdue & coordinate with Sales team for collection and also visit customers if required.
∎ Maintain vendors & customers ledger.
∎ Reconcile customers & vendors ledger with bank statement & accounting software.
∎ Maintain all transactions through Accounting Software.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Report and submit to management.
∎ Provide necessary support to Audit, Tax, VAT and other statutory activities.
∎ Day to day activities as assigned by supervisor and Department Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
