Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check Local purchase bill and Prepare Journal Voucher to post on Tally.
∎ Check all Courier Bill & Prepare Journal & Payment Voucher.
∎ Prepare all Kinds of supplier's VAT & Tax Calculation as per ordinance & rules accordingly.
∎ Prepare Daily Fund position.
∎ Prepare monthly report on Supplier outstanding balance.
∎ Prepare Monthly Employees & Workers Final Settlement & Maternity Leave Payment.
∎ Prepare all kinds of Cheque for payment.
∎ Reconcile party and suppliers’ ledgers on monthly basis.
∎ Reconcile relevant Bank statement with Tally.
∎ Prepare Monthly Payment Budget Sheet All Kind of Expenditure.
∎ Any other special task assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Depth knowledge about VAT, TAX and Customs duty.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments & Textile.
