Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
Usual day-to-day duties include engaging customers, recommending appropriate purchases & handling complaints.
Typically tasked with keeping the sales floor orderly, facilitating purchases and returns, and sharing knowledge with customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
