Technical Skills:
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik-Tok Ads.
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest.
Graphic tools: Canva, Photoshop (basic).
Email/CRM Tools: Mailchimp, WhatsApp API, SMS Panel.
Strong communication and content writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet campaign deadlines.
Creativity, analytical mindset, teamwork, and attention to detail.
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
Optimize campaigns for sales, lead generation, reach, and engagement.
Develop product-focused campaigns for TVs, refrigerators, ACs, washing machines, mobile accessories, etc.
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
2. Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day content posting on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop product videos, promotional banners, features highlights, unboxing contents, and after-sales tips.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and handle customer queries.
3. E-commerce Operations
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock updates on company website and marketplaces (Daraz, Pickaboo, AjkerDeal, etc.).
Work closely with sales and IT teams to ensure accurate product info, product images, and specifications.
Track and improve online sales performance.
4. SEO & Website Management
Conduct keyword research relevant to electronics products (e.g., “best smart TV”, “inverter AC price”, etc.).
Improve website ranking through on-page and off-page SEO.
Coordinate with developers for landing page optimization, page speed, and user experience.
5. Content Development
Create compelling content for product launches, campaigns, blogs, FAQs, and social media posts.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and highlights product USPs.
Maintain digital asset libraries (images, SKU details, catalogues).
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, campaign trends, online promotions.
Prepare reports on market insights, best practices, and new digital opportunities.
7. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Execute digital strategies to support dealer networks and retail sales teams.
Manage chatbot, WhatsApp marketing, SMS/Email campaigns.
Improve customer acquisition and retention through targeted segmentation.
8. Reporting & Analytics
Submit weekly, monthly, and campaign-wise performance reports.
Analyze customer behavior, conversion rates, reach vs. ROI.
Provide recommendations for performance improvement.
