Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
∎ CA/ICMA part qualification will be an added advantage.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accounts Management
∎ Maintain and record financial transactions in the ERP or accounting software.
∎ Manage bank reconciliations, ledger entries, and expense tracking.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, etc.).
∎ Handle customer invoicing, vendor bills, and related documentation.
∎ Ensure accurate recording and timely processing of payments and receivables.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly and annual budgets.
∎ Support the team in variance analysis and cost control.
∎ VAT Compliance
∎ Prepare and file monthly/quarterly VAT returns as per local regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure timely submission of VAT documents and resolve discrepancies with tax authorities.
∎ Maintain accurate VAT records and reports for audits.
∎ Verify purchase and sales invoices to ensure proper VAT calculation and deduction.
∎ Stay updated on changes in VAT regulations and inform management of implications.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and guidelines.
∎ Audit and Reporting
∎ Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documents for VAT and financial audits.
∎ Assist in resolving audit queries related to accounts and VAT.
∎ Prepare periodic financial and VAT-related reports for management review.
∎ Provide analytical support for financial decision-making.
∎ Other Duties
∎ Support cross-functional teams in financial matters.
∎ Assist in training junior staff on VAT and accounts processes if needed.
∎ Recommend and implement improvements in accounting and VAT processes to enhance efficiency.
