CA CC, ACCA (part qualified) candidates will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT and Tax regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Context: Artnature Bangladesh Ltd., a subsidiary of Artnature Inc., Japan, one of the publicly listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, is setting up its new state-of-the-art facility at the Bangladesh Specialized Economic Zone (BSEZ), Araihazar, Narayanganj. The company is engaged in the manufacturing, processing, exporting and importing of a wide range of premium hair products, including toupees, wigs, wiglets, hair accessories, ornaments and related materials using both human and synthetic hair. To support the operations of our new plant in Bangladesh, we are seeking enthusiastic and committed candidates who are eager to contribute from the very beginning of our journey here and become a part of a globally recognized brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions & ensure proper record-keeping.
• Review bills and invoices to ensure accuracy and process them in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Support in month-end and year-end closing and assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Maintain Purchase & Sales Register and prepare related Mushak-6.1,6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.7, and 6.8
• Ensure accurate application of VDS and TDS for all relevant transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT and Tax returns as per regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with VAT and Tax authorities (NBR), RJSC, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial records.
