Responsibilities & Context:
Territory Planning: Prepare and adhere to monthly tour plans and doctor call schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Sales Strategy: Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize territory productivity and Return on Investment (ROI).
Product Promotion: Promote existing and new products through effective product detailing using product literature and digital tools.
Field Execution: Conduct regular doctor visits to generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at nearby chemist shops.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals across the territory.
Event Management: Organize clinical meetings to communicate product benefits and handle technical queries effectively.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, price movements, and market trends, reporting insights to management.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints with appropriate reporting and recommendations.
Reporting & Recovery: Submit regular activity and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and monitor credit customers to ensure timely payment recovery.
