Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be experienced in Asian country visa processing (especially in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia) and first-world countries visa processing.
∎ like USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, ENGLAND etc.Umrah PackageEurope PackageCorrespondence with embassy-related officeVisa section monitoring.
∎ Cooperate with all departments in providing information.
∎ Arrange and prepare supporting documents for visa application.
∎ Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers.
∎ Explore business development and implement training for exceptional service.
∎ Manage escalations and complex cases with effective problem-solving.
∎ Present regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and challenges.
