Job Context:
∎ Department: Sales/ Recovery.
∎ Job Location: South Bengal, North Bengal, Chattogram division and Dhaka division.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ FOR SALES-
∎ To identify potential clients, contact and organize visit.
∎ To negotiate payment plans and payment schedules with customers that suits their current financial situation.
∎ To keep customer files updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Negotiating contracts and packages.
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
∎ Meet with and act as their consultant.
∎ Prepare and present reports when needed.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
∎ Report to management team.
∎ FOR RECOVERY-
∎ To prepare statements to be given to credit departments and banks when customers fail to meet their payment agreements.
∎ To write letters to customers to inform them of their debts. When customers fail to meet their payment obligations and fail to make payment agreements, Recovery Officers write letters to credit agencies, insurance companies, lawyers, and customers' to collect debt without the customer's aid.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in door to door marketing. Preferably in automotive sector.
∎ Candidates having experience in Insurance and Pharmaceutical company can also apply.
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Team player and can do attitude.
∎ Strong sense of integrity and commitment of good governance.
