Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart and energetic persons to join our business development team and promote our OTA.
∎ Contract duration: 24 months to 36 months.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must concentrate to sale on Holiday Tour Packages, Hotel Bookings, Air Tickets, and other such similar services with clients.
∎ Design, develop and manage domestic and international tour packages for B2C and B2B clients and other assigned work from the company.
∎ To provide the Visa related services.
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Should be friendly with customers resourceful with potential leads.
∎ Dealing with Corporate Clients & Marketing.
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing.
∎ Achieve monthly & annual sales target in coordination with customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years experience in a reputed travel agency as sales and marketing consultant.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Hajj-Umrah, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Tour Package, Visa Processing.
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization.
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
