Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some enthusiastic corporate sales executives who will successfully meet our customer`s requirement by selling our products and representing our brand image to our existing and probable clients.
∎ Primarily selected candidates must attend 10 to 15 days Skill Development Training program.
∎ Training Concentration: Mind control, Public Speaking, Communication Skill, Customer Convince, Sales Technique, Reporting.
∎ Top 3 priorities from the training program: (1) Learning Attitude, (2) Work Ethics (3) Physical Fitness & (4) Cultural Fitness.
∎ Company will bear the total expenditure of the training program (e.g; Food, Conveyance etc).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Always keep the learning mode on.
∎ Looking for new relationships of business prospects and maintaining them.
∎ Evaluating the worthiness of the relations.
∎ Keeping data of relations in-details and given formats.
∎ Explaining What, How & Why about the products & services.
∎ Enjoying trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
∎ Aiming to achieve personal & team targets.
∎ Recap own performance.
∎ Interpreting market trends and social media vibes.
∎ Representing OnnoRokom always in all ways.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dropouts are also encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Generally, 6 months (highest) probationary period, if you are a good performer you might be selected as a permanent team member anytime within 6 months.
