Job Context:
∎ The Candidate will be recruited for first Four months of provision period.
∎ After successful completion of provision period best employee will be chosen as the Team Leader of the Team. Fresher Are Also Welcome to Join the Team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate Need to Move and Visit the Customer Premises Regularly.
∎ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Strong ambition, desire of accomplishments and growth mindset.
∎ Ability to convince customer.
∎ Candidate can able to plan and execute all the digital marketing campaign, including create necessary marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Good communication skills and good ability of thinking with Customers.
∎ Working attitude is the most important we most care about it.
∎ Good sales system including receiving payment, detailed daily plans and good sale & after-sales service.
∎ Able to Independent and creative thinker to produce new ideas and concepts
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.
∎ Must able to work multiple task.
∎ Ensure market development through maintaining a strong relation with clients.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback from client and provide it to team leader.
∎ To know Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other relevant software will get preference.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B Marketing
∎ Good Communication skill in Bangla.
∎ Leadership quality.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Experience in B2B Marketing
