Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: advanced excel skill, Multi Task, Strong Command over English, Strong communication skills
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Candidates from Real Estate Marketing Background will get preference.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally. The commission will provide after fulfill the target.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission will provide.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Quarterly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other benefits as per company policy
