Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA major in Marketing or M.Sc. in Chemistry with MBA in Marketing from a leading Institute/University. MBA in Marketing with science background will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for Sales & Marketing and promoting the products & services of the company and take all possible actions to enhance the sales of products.
∎ He must to assist Divisional Manager / Head of Business for various sales and marketing activities.
∎ He must to do the necessary market research, reporting and documentation.
∎ He must assist in budgeting and developing business plan.
∎ He must communicate to different stakeholder for various marketing activities, aiding in organizing technical seminars/workshop.
∎ Identifying marketing opportunities by picking out customer requirements.
∎ Achieving monthly & yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Maintain necessary coordination with the accounts, customer care & commercial department for payment collection as per supervision of the Chattogram Divisional Manager.
∎ Regularly update the sales collection information to the Supervisor / Management.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Apparel Industry.
∎ Excellent communication, customer relationship & negotiation skills are essential.
∎ The ideal candidate should be smart, intelligent and well conversant in English. Have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good Command over MS Office/Computer and sound in e-mail operation for local and international communication.
∎ Willing to travel across country is required.
∎ Have an attitude that inspires, achieves and aspires.
