Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing of training and consultancy services
∎ Keep track record of marketing and follow-up clients
∎ Will work with marketing team for other assignments
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the client
∎ Any other assignment given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) of experience of working in a reputed call centres
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla
∎ Should have ability to communicate with clients with patience and clarity
∎ Very good in written/spoken English
∎ Ready work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
