1 to 2 years will be preferable.

Good communication skill.

Good Command in Speaking both English & Bengali.

Must be gentle, smart and intelligent.

Must have excellent presentation skill.

Computer Knowledge is must.

• Achieve sales target of assigned sales area in a proper manner.

• Communicating with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls. Visiting the head office is required.

• Communicating with customers through various means of digital marketing such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and What’sApp etc.

• Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.

• Answering technical and procedural questions.

• Developing relationships with prospects, Selling products by establishing contact

• Preparing Weekly & monthly report.

• Identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.

• Ability to work under pressure. Capable to handle stressful situations.

Educational Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma in Engineering from any reputed institute.
