∎ To conduct & attend meeting with the prospects & Clients.
∎ To visit sites frequently to stay up to date.
∎ To follow up the prospects regularly.
∎ To sell the product efficiently.
∎ To respond and follow up sales inquiries through understanding the prospects requirements.
∎ Must have Intensive practical knowledge in Apartment Sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ Should be smart, well groomed & self motivated
∎ Must have Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior, Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable
∎ Must have strong interpersonal communication skill
