Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC/HSC
∎ BBA (Under national university)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform sales and marketing activities.
∎ Perform demand generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve targets.
∎ Visit & find out prospective clients and creating new market opportunity.
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Update and report about existing as well as upcoming customers' profiles.
∎ Attach New Dealer Regularly.
∎ Follow up previous Dealers
∎ Increase Dealer Sales
∎ Increase retail sales

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Depending on the candidate's capabilities, knowledge and experience.
∎ Candidate's who are experience in instant coffee sector's will get extra preference.
∎ Applicants who have work experience in FMCG sector with sales and marketing will get priorities.
∎ Computer/ Laptop: Operating System- Microsoft office, Application- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Internet browsing.
∎ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments'
∎ Behavioral Skills:
∎ Outgoing
∎ Ability to take initiatives
∎ Working under pressure by supervision
∎ Teamwork
∎ Candidate who have bike will get extra preference

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 8000 to 10000 Tk.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A,D/A, Mobile bill,two festival allowance , Performance bonus.
∎ As per company policy.
