Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
∎ Major subject marketing is preferable.
∎ Science Background will be added as an advantage.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining good relationships with dealers/franchises in order to ensure appropriate business goals to achieve sales at the store's level (e.g. supply, demand, forecast, etc.) and to look after their sales track record in the assigned territory.
∎ Implementing various types of effective field campaigns.
∎ Doing effective outdoor work & able to travel extensively.
∎ Create new dealers/franchisers and develop them through product training.
∎ Collecting market information which helps to make strategic decisions for the company.
∎ Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures and provide Daily-Basis regular reports to the Management on progress.
∎ Ensure close monitoring of the distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his HOD from time to time.
∎ Execute all promotional activities that planning by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Ecosystem (Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, etc.).
∎ Applicants should have valid driving lenience.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking English.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
After Probation period salary: 20,000/-
