Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the performance of assigned market and advice the respective colleagues accordingly
∎ Monitor regular sales growth of assigned market and immediately address any decline in sales
∎ Coordinate with the interfacing departments to ensure necessary support for all the regions
∎ Formulate strategies to develop junior colleagues as well as market/territories/regions
∎ Propose plan and implement rearrangement of region, Sales District and Sales Group
∎ Visit credit customers to check their feasibility and outstanding and monitoring the total outstanding assigned market
