Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute timely and accurate agency top-ups to ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain positive relationships with travel agents and corporate parties.
∎ Generate unique and accurate identification for new travel agents and corporate parties in the system, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
∎ Provide ongoing assistance and support to travel agents, addressing inquiries related to top-ups, sales, cappings, and payment issues to ensure a seamless working relationship.
∎ Conduct regular reconciliations of agent cappings with actual money collections, identifying and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
∎ Respond to travel agents' queries related to sales, cappings, and payment-related issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Accurately post and clarify bank transactions in the system, maintaining a clear and transparent record of financial activities.
∎ Work collaboratively with the finance team to assess and increase the credit limits (agency capping) of travel agents strategically, supporting their business growth and enhancing sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare and present detailed revenue reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
∎ Conduct regular reconciliations of revenue accounts to verify accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
∎ Work closely with other departments to address discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data.
∎ US-Bangla Group, one of the largest private companies in the country is looking for "Revenue Executive" for its concerns (Airlines, Courier Services, Fashion & Life Style, e-commerce, Medical, University and etc.)
