Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a travel itinerary with flights, hotels, and other travel services using various online systems.
∎ Must have experience and knowledge in operating GDS system (Galileo or Amadeus).
∎ Should be knowledgeable with Re-issuing, Re-validating, Refunding, and Upgrading.
∎ Keep abreast of flight schedules and international travel regulations.
∎ Check and respond to each email received for each reservation.
∎ Determine the demands of the customer, be clear with the information, look into every problem, and offer remedies or substitutes.
∎ Distribute travel advisory information to all the staff and supervise so that every staff is informed properly.
∎ Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
∎ Attainment of individual and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
∎ Maintain updated travel advisory for international bookings.
∎ Manage end to end booking procedure.
∎ Communicate within cross-teams to resolve when any issue arises.
∎ Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management for the betterment of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Language proficiency in both English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Smart, driven, team-player.
∎ Energetic and work efficiently and enthusiastically.
∎ Having the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to work on roster basis and on weekend.
∎ Handful skill and knowledge on Reservation & Ticketing will be add value.
∎ Knowledge on Global Distribution System (GDS) & WEB reservation systems for creating PNR, modifications, processes cancellations, and issuing/ reissuing/ refund ticket will be add value.
