Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology, Food & Nutrition, Microbiology
- Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Sylhet Agricultural University,Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh students will get preference

Skills Required: Knowledge on ISO and HACCP
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 25 years
Practical knowledge of microbiological testing, culture media preparation, aseptic techniques, and laboratory equipment operation.
Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and relevant food safety standards.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with production and quality teams.
Willingness to work in Sylhet District.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor the quality of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Conduct routine quality inspections across fish, snacks, vegetables, and bakery production lines.
Perform microbial analysis, including total viable count, coliform, E. coli, yeast and mould, and other relevant pathogen tests as applicable to the product and testing protocol.
Prepare microbiological culture media, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure proper sample collection, preparation, incubation, and result recording.
Verify product specifications, weight, appearance, texture, packaging, labeling, coding, and shelf-life requirements.
Maintain QA records, inspection reports, test results, and relevant quality documentation.
Monitor personal hygiene, equipment cleanliness, and sanitation practices in production areas.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Store, and other relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Assist in internal audits, customer audits, regulatory inspections, and food safety certification activities.
Monitor product storage conditions, cold-chain management, and warehouse hygiene.
Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by management.
