Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor in-process control (IPC) activities during production as per cGMP guidelines;
Perform line clearance for all production processes including dispensing, granulation, compression, encapsulation, coating and packaging;
Conduct sampling of intermediates, bulk and finished products and ensure finished product inspection with proper documentation;
Prepare, review, and monitor quality-related SOPs, batch records and other regulatory documents;
Issue, distribute, control and archive documents as per compliance requirements;
Maintain IPC instrument logbooks and participate in product validation, qualification and APQR activities;
Handle deviations, market complaints, CAPA and change control actions;
Support batch release by reviewing analysis reports and ensuring regulatory compliance.
