  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by achieving measurable sales targets and goals.

  • High interest and quick learning ability regarding home appliance and consumer electronics technology.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and a high aptitude for quickly learning Company JERP/POS software.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for customer service.



Responsibilities & Context:

A. Sales & Customer Excellence (The Core Role)

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and successfully sell a wide range of electronic products (e.g., Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, TVs, Washing Machines and various home appliances products).

  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of all Jamuna Electronics products, features, technical specifications, and competitive advantages to provide clear and persuasive demonstrations.

  • Customer Engagement: Greet all customers warmly, provide personalized sales consultations, and ensure a world-class shopping experience that reflects Jamuna's brand values.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Efficiently handle price negotiations, explain financing/installment options, and complete sales transactions (cash, hire purchase, documentation).

B. Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising (Management Fundamentals)

  • Showroom Integrity: Ensure the showroom is neat, organized, visually appealing, and all products are correctly displayed, functional, and priced according to company guidelines.

  • Inventory & Stock: Assist the Showroom Manager in daily stock checks, managing inventory records, and preparing orders to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.

  • Administrative Support: Process sales invoices, manage sales-related documentation, and perform basic MS Office and JERP/POS system data entry accurately.

C. Future Leadership & Development (Trainee Focus)

  • Trainee Projects: Actively participate in all management training modules, shadowing the Plaza Manager and other key Plaza operations staff (e.g., inventory, finance, marketing coordination).

  • Market Analysis: Gather and report on market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the Plaza Manager to help inform local sales and marketing strategies.

  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards, demonstrating integrity and a high degree of honesty in all transactions.
