Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administrative Management: Support daily operations within the Department of Student Affairs and Alumni, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
∎ Student Engagement: Propose and implement programs and initiatives that enhance student life, engagement, and retention.
∎ Alumni Relations: Manage alumni communications, organize alumni events, and strengthen the alumni network.
∎ Data Management: Maintain and analyze student and alumni data to inform decision-making and improve departmental services.
∎ Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with other departments, faculty, and external stakeholders to support the university’s mission and goals.
∎ Job Context: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Executive Officer to join our Department of Student Affairs and Alumni. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, developing and implementing student engagement strategies, and strengthening alumni relations.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
