Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.

1–2 years of professional experience in hardware assembly, CCTV operation, and networking.
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the Registrar in managing and reporting on all matters related to IT services.
Liaise with the respective Heads of Departments and relevant offices regarding daily operations and procedures related to IT services and matters.
Deliver efficient and proactive IT support, including maintaining university networks and servers, managing IT service requests by prioritizing tasks, overseeing hardware and software installations, procuring equipment, and resolving technical issues.
Implement security measures, manage user accounts and access controls, conduct system diagnostics and optimization, document procedures, ensure data backup and recovery, and perform regular maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Perform any other duties related to the above as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
