∎ Understand and follow each and every regulation of Academic Ordinance and Service Rule of the university.
∎ Preserve and organize all records and documents systematically. Provide any document to the concerned authorities whenever required.
∎ Compose and verify all tasks (official letters, notice and office orders) with the approved regulations of the university and execute accordingly.
∎ Perform necessary tasks through phone call, e-mail, letter and other correspondence like UGC in a professional manner.
∎ Assist Registrar and HR office (as and when required).
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
