Experience:
Four-year undergraduate degree in in Business Administration, English, Public Administration, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university with minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00
SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.25 out of 5.00
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an academic environment, will be preferred.
Proven experience in drafting and handling official correspondence.
Proficiency (advance skill) in both Bangla and English typing, with accurate and professional document preparation skills.
Experience in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Experience in maintaining confidential files and organized documentation systems.
Ability to coordinate with different departments, offices, and external stakeholders.
Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication).
Maintain and organize the Registrar’s daily schedule, appointments, and meeting calendar.
Draft, review, and process official correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the Registrar.
Coordinate communication between the Registrar and various departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action notes.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and official information.
Manage file documentation, record keeping, and document distribution.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official memos.
Arrange travel logistics, events, and administrative tasks assigned by the Registrar.
Handle visitors, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
Provide overall administrative and secretarial support for smooth office operations.
Any other tasks assigned by the Office.
