Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Four-year undergraduate degree in in Business Administration, English, Public Administration, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university with minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00

  • SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.25 out of 5.00

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an academic environment, will be preferred.

  • Proven experience in drafting and handling official correspondence.

  • Proficiency (advance skill) in both Bangla and English typing, with accurate and professional document preparation skills.

  • Experience in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.

  • Experience in maintaining confidential files and organized documentation systems.

  • Ability to coordinate with different departments, offices, and external stakeholders.

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and organize the Registrar’s daily schedule, appointments, and meeting calendar.

  • Draft, review, and process official correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the Registrar.

  • Coordinate communication between the Registrar and various departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action notes.

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive and official information.

  • Manage file documentation, record keeping, and document distribution.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official memos.

  • Arrange travel logistics, events, and administrative tasks assigned by the Registrar.

  • Handle visitors, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.

  • Provide overall administrative and secretarial support for smooth office operations.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Office.

Job Location: Varendra University, Rajshahi.
