Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create excel templates for data collection and reporting.
∎ Collect sales information and prepare a consolidated report.
∎ Sales data comparisons daily/ weekly/ monthly.
∎ Collect daily expenses and prepare a report in view of that.
∎ Prepare a daily/ monthly report comparing between lifting and daily sales.
∎ Filter and analyze from a vast range of raw data on sales, daily/ monthly expenses of the sales team.
∎ Prepare different types of sales reports on a daily basis like primary/lifting, non-lifting, secondary, overdue, collection etc. and submit them to the respective person & related department.
∎ Prepare product delivery report from depot to dealer.
∎ Prepare a product-wise stock report.
∎ Prepare a report on discount given to customer (If any).
∎ Calculate damage products of dealer and depot.
∎ Provide various types of information as per queries of management.
∎ Finalize the Target in every month to discuss with Sales Heads.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel Skills
∎ Highly skilled in Computer typing (Bangla and English).
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
