Airline, Catering, Hotel, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Food Menu as per flight schedule.
∎ Circulating food Schedule & Menu throughout the entire network of USBA & confirm uplift as per schedule & Menu.
∎ Supervising all the work done by Menu Planning Unit.
∎ Ensuring all meals are prepared as per portion control.
∎ Designing and Printing Menu Cards.
∎ Following up on the Menu related complaints received from flights.
∎ Going through daily e-mails & take action in consultation with Manger, Catering.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities assigned to him by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Creativity
∎ Culinary knowledge
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Good communication skills both verbal and written
∎ Should have the habit to work under pressure
∎ Work in a team
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 33000 (Monthly)
