Education:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Age At most 30 years

• 2-3 years’ experience is preferable but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with EDC systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

• Willingness to travel for site visits.

• Facilitate the planning and implementation of scientific and medical initiatives that are consistent with the company`s overarching strategic objectives. 

• Foster a productive, efficient, and health-oriented relationship between medical and marketing teams, ensuring that communication encompasses various forms, ranging from monthly product planning and update meetings to informal daily interactions. 

• Establish, cultivate, and sustain scientific peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) while organising advanced educational forums in collaboration with them.

• Assist the clinical research team to facilitate different type of studies from the approval phase through completion, presentation, and publication in partnership with various universities and medical institutions across Bangladesh.

• Provide precise, equitable, and comprehensive product knowledge, primarily addressing medical inquiries from consumers and healthcare professionals.

• Compile and edit scientific documents to effectively and clearly convey scientific and product-related information to diverse audiences.
