Education:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
- MBBS with MPH from a recognized institute/university with strong academic credentials and interest in research.

- Age At most 30 years
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, DGDA-GCP, and BMRC guidelines (advantage, but training will be provided).
Basic understanding of study protocols, informed consent, and research ethics.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with EDC systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop research protocol, CRFs/eCRFs, questionnaires, study manuals, and other essential documents.
- Support the ethics committee, BMRC, and DGDA submission packages under supervision.
- Support data entry review, query resolution, and data verification activities.
- Assist the PV team in collecting and forwarding AE/SAE/ADR information from sites.
- Maintain logs such as training logs, delegation logs, document receipt logs, and version control tracking.
- Assist in investigator-initiated trial proposal review processes, documentation, and tracking agreements.
