∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Relationship Management, Sales/ Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in a team under direct supervision of Head of Marketing in formulating Marketing & Sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of The Company Directors.
∎ Work as part of a team of Executives & Sr. Executives and supervise them to research, promote & sell our products to the corporate clients.
∎ Plan periodical visits to the Corporate Clients and Develop New customers.
∎ Manage and lead the sales representatives (Brand promotors) and Manage field campaign to confirm their sales target.
∎ Develop new area-wise sales point (Dealers & Franchises)
∎ Periodical visits & maintaining relationships with Dealers & Franchises.
∎ Supervise team to collect competitor's necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Provide Daily-Basis regular report to the Head of Marketing and Management on progress and develop effective marketing plans.
∎ Must have to achieve sales target.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authorization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Applicants must have a good skill on digital marketing resources and to be highly adaptable with new technologies.
∎ Applicants from Water purification/ home appliance industries will get an advantage.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
