• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the garments Packaging & Embroidery sector.

• Capable to do the email correspondence with customer

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Bangla & English are essential with good presentation & negotiations skills to close a deal

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

INDESORE PRINTING & ACCESSORIES LTD. are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Sales Executives in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

• Responsible for marketing of Garments Accessories for export oriented readymade garments.
• Sourcing for new buyers & Market to expand the business.
• Follow-up and visit Buyers & customers to generate sales and realization.
• Product Development & submission as per buyer's requirements.
• The position will be working under target oriented and team working principle.
• Prepare weekly & monthly report as required by management.
• Costing Calculation, Production Planning, Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
• Analysis market trend to prepare marketing strategy and policy.
