Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Ag. /B.Sc Agri. Engg. / M.Sc Ag./ B.Sc / M.Sc/ BBA / MBA from a reputed public University.
∎ B.Sc Ag. / B.Sc Agri. Engg./ M.Sc Ag. with MBA will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for:
∎ Make the feasibility of agricultural business in the command area and explore the market.
∎ Developing market for Agri-Machinery products (Combine Harvester, Reaper) and other Agricultural Equipment; increasing sales within the defined territory.
∎ Build up strong relationship with DAE personnel in Upazila & District level.
∎ Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
∎ Achieving Monthly Collection Target.
∎ To be specific - the incumbent will be completely responsible for Marketing & Sales, Credit Control, Recovery, Distribution, and Realization of Territory/Area/Region/Division.
∎ Be well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to Management.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Around 32 years.
∎ Minimum 02 years practical experience in Marketing & Sales in Agri- Machinery & Equipment in respective position.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate should have valid driving Motor Cycle License.
∎ He should have good team working abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ He should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English & Bengali communication skill. Good Command over MS Office/Computer. Willing to travel across country is required.
Salary: Negotiable
